After nearly 25 years working as a bioengineer in the medical device industry, Rich transitioned to a real estate career in 2003. Initially, Rich worked with a custom home builder utilizing his engineering background in the areas of new construction design, specifications, customization and option upgrades. Rich was closely involved in the construction of 4 custom homes for his family, so he has first hand experience in this process. Later, in 2004, as his real estate expertise expanded, Rich added residential resale to his new construction experience, both as a seller’s agent and buyer’s agent. Most recently, as the real estate market has evolved over the past several years, Rich included rental transactions in his knowledge base. He works diligently to find rental properties for those people not able or ready to purchase. Rich takes pride in being a listener to his clients’ needs and wants, answering their questions, and educating them, so they can make realistic and sound decisions for their real estate investments.
